Nextcloud Accounting keeps the books for one or more small businesses on a Nextcloud server you control. Owners, accountants, staff and contractors each get the access their role needs. A companion Android app sends receipts straight from your phone.
What it does
- Quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes, payments and reminders
- Expenses, bills and suppliers, with receipts sent from the Android app
- Staff, timesheets, clock-in stations and payroll
- Bank and card statement import, with reconciling
- Financial reports, year-end close and an accountant package
- Import from QuickBooks Online or a spreadsheet; daily encrypted backups
